Buying on Darmi Vault means buying directly from an independent maker, with the protections of a marketplace.
1. Protected payment
Payments are processed by Stripe: no card data is collected or stored by darmivault.com. Your order is only final once payment is confirmed. You pay Darmi Vault, which collects on behalf of the seller: your payment discharges you towards them.
2. Verified sellers
Every shop is checked before going live: business registration and the bank account that receives its sales. Each seller’s legal information is available from their shop page.
3. Refunded if an item is no longer available
If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, the corresponding amount is refunded.
4. Fourteen days to change your mind
You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason, except for the legal exceptions shown on the product page. The refund is made no later than fourteen days after the seller is informed of your withdrawal; it may wait until the item is returned or you provide proof of sending it.
5. A damaged or non-conforming item
Return shipping is then paid by the seller. You also benefit from the legal guarantees: the two-year guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
6. A problem? We step in
First contact the seller from your order page. If no solution is found, report the dispute to Darmi Vault: we can arbitrate and, where appropriate, trigger your refund. As a last resort, you can use consumer mediation free of charge, as described in section 9 of the terms of sale.
