2. Role of the platform
Darmi Vault operates a marketplace connecting third-party sellers with buyers. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the sales contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller. Darmi Vault acts as a technical intermediary and collects the price in the name and on behalf of the seller, as a payment collection agent under the mandate granted by the seller in the seller terms. Payment made to Darmi Vault discharges the buyer's obligation towards the seller.
Darmi Vault verifies the identity and registration of every seller before they go live. This check is not a warranty as to product quality.
3. User account
- Creating an account requires a valid email address, which must be verified.
- The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Your password is personal. Any access made with your credentials is deemed to be yours.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension is prohibited.
- You may close your account at any time from your account area.
4. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to attempt to access unauthorised data or areas, disrupt the site, scrape content automatically, publish unlawful or misleading content or content infringing third-party rights, or impersonate anyone.
5. Customer reviews
Only buyers who actually received a product may review it. Every review is checked before publication. No fictitious review is ever published and no incentive is offered in exchange for a review.
6. Availability and changes
The site is available continuously subject to maintenance and technical incidents. These terms may change; the applicable version is the one published at the time of your use.
7. Liability
Product descriptions, images and specifications are supplied by sellers, who are responsible for them.
8. Suspension
Where these terms are breached, account access may be suspended or closed. Except in urgent cases or where the law requires otherwise, the decision is reasoned and notified.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may refer the matter to the consumer mediator named in the legal notice before taking legal action.
