1. Countries served
Only countries we genuinely serve appear in the delivery selector and at checkout. A country is opened only when three conditions are met: its tax configuration is resolved, an active delivery zone covers it with a rate, and at least one seller agrees to ship there.
At launch, only mainland France is served. Other countries are pre-configured but disabled.
2. Shipping per seller
An order containing items from several shops results in several shipments, each with its own tracking and estimated date. You pay once, but delivery costs are calculated per seller.
3. Delivery times
The stated time combines the seller handling time and the transport time. Times are in working days and are estimates, not firm commitments.
4. Delivery costs
Costs are shown per seller before payment is confirmed. Some sellers offer free delivery above a given basket value, shown when choosing the delivery method.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, the tracking number is available in your account under My orders and is emailed to you when the seller provides it.
6. Receiving your parcel
If a parcel arrives damaged, report it to the carrier on delivery and open a request from your order page. Keep the packaging: it may be requested.
7. Customs
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid.
