Terms and conditions of sale

Rules applying to orders placed on the marketplace.

Last updated: Oct 2, 2026 · version 1.0

1. Contracting parties

Products are sold by the sellers registered on the marketplace. The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller identified on the product page and on the order summary. Darmi Vault collects the price in the name and on behalf of the seller, as a payment collection agent under the mandate granted by the seller in the seller terms. Payment made to Darmi Vault discharges the buyer's obligation towards the seller. Darmi Vault then pays the seller, by bank transfer, the amounts due, net of its commission.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. Delivery costs are calculated and shown per seller before payment is confirmed.

When a display currency other than the euro is selected, the conversion is indicative only. The charge is made in the settlement currency stated at payment.

3. Ordering

The process covers item selection, basket review, address and delivery choice, then payment. The order is only firm once payment has been confirmed by our provider.

A basket may contain items from several sellers. It results in a single payment and one shipment per seller.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. No card data is collected or stored by darmivault.com: entry takes place in a secure form provided by Stripe.

The order is confirmed only after server-side verification of the payment. If payment is declined, the order is cancelled and items are returned to stock.

5. Availability

Displayed stock is declared by sellers and is reserved as soon as the order is placed. Where an item becomes unavailable after payment, the corresponding amount is refunded.

6. Delivery

Terms are set out in the delivery policy. Stated times are estimates in working days, excluding seller handling time.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving a reason. Details and statutory exceptions are in the returns and refunds policy.

8. Statutory guarantees

Irrespective of any commercial warranty, the professional seller remains liable under the French statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to the seller from the order page, or to hello@darmivault.com. Failing resolution, consumers may refer the matter to the mediator named in the legal notice.

10. International sales

Only countries we genuinely serve are offered at checkout. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be payable on delivery by the recipient.
