Seller terms

Rules for marketplace sellers: application, commission, payouts, obligations.

Last updated: Oct 2, 2026 · version 1.0

1. Access to the marketplace

Selling is reserved for registered professionals. The application covers identity, contact details, country, legal identity, business address, registration number and supporting documents.

No product may be published and no order received before:

  1. express approval of the application by Darmi Vault;
  2. registration, in the seller area, of a valid IBAN in the name of the seller or their business.

2. Commission

Darmi Vault charges a commission on each sale. The applicable rate is shown in the seller area and may be set individually.

Unless stated otherwise, commission applies to the item amount and not to delivery costs. Where a refund is issued, commission is returned pro rata.

3. Payouts

The seller authorises Darmi Vault to collect, in the seller's name and on the seller's behalf, the price of sales concluded on the marketplace. Darmi Vault pays the seller the amounts due, net of its commission, by bank transfer to the account whose IBAN the seller has registered in the seller area, after a hold period covering the withdrawal right and early disputes. The period is shown in the seller area.

A refund granted to a buyer after a payout is deducted from the seller's subsequent payouts.

A payout may be suspended in the event of an ongoing dispute, a chargeback or suspected fraud.

4. Seller obligations

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date descriptions, images and prices.
  • Keep stock current and fulfil received orders.
  • Ship within the stated handling time and provide tracking.
  • Honour the right of withdrawal and applicable statutory guarantees.
  • Hold the rights to published content and any required distribution authorisations.
  • Comply with product regulations (safety, labelling, restrictions).
  • Respond to buyer queries within a reasonable time.

5. Prohibited products

Counterfeits, dangerous or recalled products, products requiring an authorisation the seller does not hold, unlawful content, and any product whose distance sale is prohibited.

6. Suspension and termination

In the event of a breach, Darmi Vault may withdraw a product, suspend a shop or terminate access. Except in urgent cases, the decision is reasoned and notified.

7. Liability

The seller is solely responsible for the products they sell, their conformity and the performance of the sale, and indemnifies Darmi Vault against third-party claims relating to their products or content.
