Terms of Sale

These terms govern every sale made through darmivault.com (“the site”). Placing an order means accepting them as they stand on the day of the order. We may change them at any time; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

2. Products

Pieces are made to order and released in limited runs, capped at five units per size. Product photographs are as accurate as screen reproduction allows; slight variation in colour, wash and print placement is inherent to the product and is not a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included where applicable. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment. Prices may change at any time, but an order is always invoiced at the price displayed when it was placed.

4. Orders

The sale is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where payment is not authorised, where the delivery details are incomplete, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or purchase for resale.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, by the methods shown at checkout. Card details are processed by our payment providers and never reach our servers. The order is only put into production once payment is confirmed.

6. Production and delivery

Pieces are made to order. Expect 20 to 30 days from order to delivery. Full terms are on the shipping page, which forms part of these conditions. Risk passes to you on delivery.

If delivery has not taken place within 30 days of the date indicated, you may cancel the order in writing and obtain a full refund within 14 days, in accordance with article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the sale without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our pieces are made to order but produced in standard sizes rather than to your own measurements — the exemption for personalised goods does not apply, and your right of withdrawal is full. 8. Legal guarantees

All statutory guarantees apply and are not limited by these terms: the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity you have two years from delivery, and you are not required to prove the defect existed during the first two years.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, contact us first at younoussdiaw@darmivault.com. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator:

As a consumer you are entitled to refer the dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform closed permanently on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. Disputes are handled directly with us, or through a consumer mediator.
