Returns & Refunds

Your right to return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Our pieces are made to order, but they are made in standard sizes rather than to your measurements — so your statutory right of withdrawal applies in full. We do not use made-to-order as a reason to refuse a return.

Condition

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags still attached.
• Returned in or with its original packaging where possible.

Pieces returned worn, washed or altered cannot be refunded.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the piece you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions within 48 hours. Do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Refunds

Once your parcel arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded; return postage is at your expense unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges. Each run is capped at five units per size, so the reliable way to change size is to return for a refund and place a new order while the size is still open.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We cover return postage and either remake the piece or refund it in full.
